Exposure is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic team in Wallingford, CT. You will shape multi-channel programs across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and inbound marketing while developing personnel and delivering measurable client results.

Youll own the strategy for a portfolio of ongoing engagements, guide campaigns end-to-end, and partner with leadership on growth initiatives. Strong analytics and hands-on marketing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading digital marketing team members.
• 6+ years of digital marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• Proven expertise across SEO, PPC, social, email and analytics.
• Knowledge of fundamental web design concepts, practices and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Digital Marketing Specialists and Senior Specialists.
• Own the digital marketing strategy for a portfolio of client ongoing engagements.
• Assign and oversee client initiatives across the team to ensure quality, on-time execution and objective evaluation of results.
• Lead strategic client engagements, delivering insights and actionable ideas tied to client business objectives.
• Stay hands-on with SEO, PPC, social media and email campaigns for key accounts.
• Review campaign performance and translate findings into improvement plans.
• Guide website audits for SEO health, UX and conversions, presenting recommendations.
• Build and refine team processes, reporting standards and best practices.
