In this role, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple program and product areas. You will work closely with our marketing program managers to create digital ads aligned with campaign goals. You will be responsible for the individual ad strategy, production, and maintenance across multiple platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. **As a Lead Digital Marketing Specialist, a typical day might include the following:*** Develop and implement digital advertising strategies based on the company’s business objectives and/or end user need.* Continuously evaluate and optimize ad campaigns. Evaluate data and prepare reports to communicate campaign performance to key objectives.* Represent SEL’s brand and voice to drive digital marketing efforts.* Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms. Stay current in marketing trends, Google updates, changes in algorithms, platform revisions, etc.* Plan, organize, manage, and complete digital marketing initiatives.* Gather necessary key business and user insights and apply strategic planning skills to create a long-term vision for upcoming digital advertising efforts.* Plan and manage multiple and/or large projects.* Demonstrate ownership of processes and procedures related to your assigned discipline.
