SPS Commerce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own paid and organic channels from discovery to qualified lead. You’ll set strategy, manage budgets, and guide agencies, reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing.

You will lead paid media, budget forecasting, always-on experimentation, conversion optimization, and a unified measurement framework across paid and organic channels. AIs, content strategy, and SEO oversight are core to the role.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
• Hands-on command of paid search and paid social with a meaningful budget.
• Strong business sense of pipeline, CAC, and payback; ability to defend spend.

Responsabilités

• Lead paid media programs across search, social, display and retargeting with CAC goals.
• Manage full budget cycle: forecasting, pacing, reallocations, and business case for increases.
• Run always-on testing across creative, audience, offer, and bid strategy.
• Own paid conversion path from ad to landing page to form with cross-functional partners.
• Direct agencies to outcomes, build an integrated view of paid and organic performance.
