Dechert LLP seeks an Associate Director, Digital Strategy and Experience to lead the firm’s digital presence across channels. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable digital campaigns, drive measurable improvements, and collaborate with Marketing, Talent and Pro Bono teams.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, overseeing website, social media, podcasts, videos and visual branding for consistent client experiences.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the purpose, strategy and metrics for digital channels.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and develop talent.
• Experience in professional services or financial services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the firm’s multi-year digital marketing strategy ensuring alignment with priorities and brand guidelines.
• Provide strategic leadership for the website and digital experience roadmap, prioritizing UX, accessibility and conversion.
• Oversee organic and paid social media strategies to expand online presence and engagement.
• Direct the design team for client communications, recruiting collateral, web/intranet graphics and brand-consistent visuals.
• Develop and oversee multimedia strategy (podcasts & video) aligned with thought leadership and business goals.
• Mentor team members and manage external vendors to deliver high-quality work within budget and timelines.
