Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to own and drive the Digital Academy. You will shape a strategic learning roadmap, partner with senior leaders across Digital, HR, IT, and PSO, and deliver high-impact digital upskilling initiatives.

This is a senior, hands-on role with emphasis on strategy and practical delivery. You will collaborate with third-party providers, manage vendors, and leverage learning analytics to show ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, business management, or business technology.
• Proven senior L&D experience with focus on digital skills development.
• Experience designing and delivering business-aligned digital learning programmes.
• Knowledge of leading digital learning platforms (LinkedIn Learning) and providers.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Vendor management with third-party training providers.
• Analytical mindset with learning data to measure impact.
• Excellent change management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and refine the organisation’s digital learning strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with leaders to translate digital capability needs into targeted learning solutions.
• Influence decisions on digital upskilling across the organisation.
• Design scalable learning programmes addressing digital skills gaps.
• Create campaigns to drive adoption and engagement with learning initiatives.
• Curate digital curriculum from internal content, external providers, and platforms.
• Oversee annual reviews of programmes using feedback and business metrics.
• Manage relationships with vendors and learning partners for the Digital Academy.
