Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning & Development to lead leadership development and enterprise curriculum across the organization. You will set the strategy, guide the portfolio, and ensure learning initiatives align with business priorities, culture, and Ways of Winning.

The role combines strategic leadership with people management across a modern, blended curriculum. You will mentor a team of L&D professionals, collaborate with senior HR and business leaders, and drive scalable

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organization Development, Education, Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in learning & development, leadership development, or talent management, including scaling enterprise curriculum.
• People leadership: 3+ years leading and developing a team.
• Strategy & design: Track record building leadership development and core curricula strategies.
• Facilitation: Strong facilitation and platform skills for leaders at all levels.
• Business acumen: Strong business acumen and executive communication.
• Execution: Proven project and budget management, leading multiple large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the leadership & curriculum strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end curriculum design, development, and renovation using adult learning principles.
• Lead and develop a high-performing L&D team with clear goals and accountability.
• Define metrics, measure ROI, and manage programs, budgets, and vendor partnerships.
