Glanbia is seeking an experienced learning professional to own the Learning Strategy to build digital capabilities via the Digital Academy. The role blends strategic influence with practical delivery, partnering with Digital, Learning and Functional teams to design and deliver scalable digital learning programs.

Based in the USA with hybrid working, you will manage vendor relationships (including LinkedIn Learning), curate digital curricula, and measure impact with data analytics to drive ROI.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Learning & Development, business management, or business technology.
• Proven experience in a senior Learning & Development role with a focus on digital skills.
• Experience designing and delivering business-aligned digital learning programmes.
• Knowledge of leading digital learning platforms, including LinkedIn Learning.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and refine the organisation’s digital learning strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with leaders to translate digital capability needs into learning solutions.
• Influence decisions on digital upskilling across the organisation.
• Design scalable learning programmes addressing digital skills gaps.
• Curate digital curriculum from internal content and external providers.
• Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders for programme delivery.
• Collaborate with HR, Digital, IT, and PSO for smooth operations.
• Track effectiveness, engagement, and ROI of learning initiatives.
