Glanbia invites a seasoned marketing leader to drive Connected Commerce for its Performance Nutrition portfolio. Based in Downers Grove, IL with hybrid work, you will connect in-store, retailer digital, retail media, social commerce and experiential programs to accelerate growth and ROI.

You will lead analytics, budgeting, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, measurable campaigns across physical and digital channels.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics or related field.
• 10+ years in connected commerce, shopper marketing, retail media or related CPG function.
• 5+ years in people leadership and team development.
• Proven success leading omnichannel programs across physical and digital retail.
• Experience with major omnichannel retailers, retail media networks, agencies and external partners.
• Ability to manage large budgets and optimize ROI.

• Lead Connected Commerce strategy across omnichannel retail customers and programs.

• Establish operating model, governance and cross-functional ways of working.
