Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Manager of Learning Technology to lead strategy and governance of the organization’s learning technology ecosystem. You will oversee LMS/LXP platforms, reporting, and AI-enabled learning solutions to enable enterprise talent and compliance goals.

The role partners with HR, IT, Legal, and business leaders to drive innovation, data-driven decisions, and scalable learning operations. Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Organizational Development, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Technology, HR Technology, or Digital Learning.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience managing learning platforms, LMSs, LXPs, and related learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the learning technology roadmap aligned to business and talent priorities.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new learning technologies that enhance employee development.
• Establish governance models, standards, and processes for learning platforms and digital learning tools.
• Own end-to-end management of compliance training and reporting within L&D.
