Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to lead data-driven growth initiatives across multiple channels from Atlanta to broader markets. The role focuses on transforming digital activity into measurable business results and optimizing the customer journey.

You will collaborate with product marketing, sales, engineering, and analytics teams to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, leveraging the latest tools and platforms for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, digital growth, or eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of B2B digital customer journeys and online buyer behavior.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM tools, paid and organic social media, digital analytics, and eCommerce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid and organic social media, industry platforms, and emerging digital channels.
• Drive qualified traffic, engagement, lead generation, and online conversion opportunities.
• Support eCommerce growth through digital promotion, online customer journey optimization, and conversion improvement initiatives.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, engineering, analytics, and agency teams to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
• Identify, test, and scale new digital growth opportunities, platforms, and tools.
• Leverage analytics and insights to optimize performance and improve ROI.
