Genuine Parts Company (GPC) seeks a Sr. Manager, Digital Category Management to lead a high-impact team and scale digital category performance for the U.S. and Canada. You will drive omni-channel merchandising strategy, customer experience, and revenue growth across 6,000+ locations and thousands of customers.

You will develop high-performing teams, influence across a complex organization, and deliver sustained financial results at scale with a data-driven, strategic but hands-on approach.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in ecommerce, digital/omni-channel merchandising, or category management.
• Experience in B2B or multi-channel retail environments preferred.
• Proven track record driving online revenue growth and digital optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead omni-channel digital category performance across assigned categories.
• Own end-to-end digital merchandising: search, browse, taxonomy, content.
• Drive conversion, traffic, and digital revenue growth.
• Develop scalable playbooks and manage a multi-layered team.
