Job summary

Ignite Banking seeks a Senior Business Analyst who blends banking domain expertise with technology know-how to bridge business and systems for client transformations. You will work across client teams to understand objectives, map current-state processes, and design practical improvements.

In this client-facing role, you will lead requirements, facilitate workshops, document workflows, and support UAT, testing, and change enablement across banking platforms while considering regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking, fintech, consulting, business analysis, business architecture, product delivery, or solution design.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, workflows, and technology ecosystems.
• Experience participating in banking technology implementations, platform migrations, integration projects, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and drive stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders throughout transformation and implementation initiatives.
• Build relationships across business, operations, compliance, and technology teams.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution discussions.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to executive and operational audiences.
• Translate complex processes into clear visual and written documentation supporting design, testing, and implementation activities.
