Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fintech product development in a fully remote role. You will oversee ideation, requirements, development, testing, and launch while guiding cross-functional teams globally.

Strong fintech knowledge, regulatory awareness, and a track record of delivering complex software are essential. The candidate will manage remote teams, align with product owners, and drive agile practices to ensure timely releases that meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management in software product development.
Experience in fintech or financial services preferred.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (KYC, AML).
Proven ability to lead remote teams.
Experience with API integrations and blockchain is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development and delivery of fintech products and features.
Define product strategy, roadmaps, and detailed project plans with stakeholders.
Manage agile development teams, ensuring sprint planning and delivery.
Oversee the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
Foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and operations.
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies with proactive strategies.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products meeting market needs and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular status updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
