Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a remote Fintech Product Manager to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cutting-edge financial technology solutions. You will lead market and user research, collaborate with engineering and design, and own the product lifecycle from conception to launch.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in product management within fintech, a proven track record of launching digital products, and strong financial services knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng or Business.
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in product management with Fintech focus.
• Proven track record of launching and managing digital products.
• Strong understanding of financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fintech products.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities.
• Translate strategy into detailed product specs, user stories, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales throughout development.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage sprint planning in Agile.
• Launch new products and features and drive market adoption.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback.
• Serve as subject matter expert for company Fintech products.
• Manage product P&L and help achieve business objectives.
• Stay abreast of emerging Fintech trends and innovations.
