Qualifications

• 8–10 years in product management within payments or financial services.
• Experience launching complex financial products.
• Strong leadership without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and enhancements.
• Develop complex digital asset solutions (stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain payments).
• Lead cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess investments and priorities.
• Analyze product performance and client feedback for improvements.
• Ensure alignment with client needs, commercial goals, and risk standards.
• Establish scalable product development practices for growing portfolio.
• Drive metrics and monitoring of client experience and operations.
• Mentor other Digital Assets product team members.
