Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in financial services, banking, payments, fintech, product management or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where priorities evolve.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations and materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Assets team across strategy, product development, governance, and business management priorities.
• Conduct market, competitive and industry research on digital assets, stablecoins, tokenization and related emerging technologies.
• Analyze market trends, client needs and industry developments and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Support development of strategy materials, business cases, presentations and executive-level communications.
• Assist with product development activities, including requirements gathering, roadmap tracking, documentation and project coordination.
• Support risk and governance activities, including assessment, approvals, and action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Support commercialization and launch activities for new Digital Asset solutions.
• Take on ad hoc strategic and analytical projects to support senior leadership and broader Digital Assets team.
