Bank of America in New York, NY, is seeking a Digital Assets Strategy & Program Analyst to support strategy, governance and business planning for the Digital Assets portfolio. You will work across product teams, risk, legal, and finance to coordinate priorities and drive execution on new payment solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years in financial services or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to influence across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, banking, payments, fintech, product management, consulting or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Assets team across strategy, product development, governance, and business management.
• Conduct market, competitive and industry research on digital assets and emerging technologies.
• Analyze market trends, client needs and industry developments and translate into insights.
• Support development of strategy materials, business cases, and executive communications.
• Assist with product development activities, including requirements gathering and roadmaps.
• Support risk and governance activities, including assessments and approvals.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Product, Tech, Operations, Risk, Legal and Finance.
• Support commercialization and launch activities for new Digital Asset solutions.
• Take on ad hoc strategic and analytical projects for senior leadership.
