Bank of America is seeking a senior product leader for the Global Payments team in New York to define and build the next generation of digital assets solutions. You will translate the Digital Assets strategy into a prioritized product development agenda and drive complex initiatives from concepts through launch and scale.

• 8-10 years of experience in product management, development or related roles within payments, banking, fintech, digital assets or financial services.
• Deep understanding of payments, treasury services, financial infrastructure, banking or digital assets.
• Experience leading development and launch of complex financial products or solutions, including Agile methodologies.
• Ability to define product strategy and roadmaps across multiple initiatives or a portfolio of capabilities.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and business case through design, development, launch and ongoing enhancements, including risk and compliance activities.
• Lead the development of complex digital asset solutions, including stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain-enabled payments and settlement.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other functions to deliver new capabilities.
• Partner with senior leadership to assess investment opportunities, prioritize resources and decisions.
• Analyze product performance and client feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements, issue remediation and ongoing optimization.
• Ensure product development is aligned with client needs, commercial objectives, operational requirements and risk standards.
• Establish scalable product development practices and processes as the Digital Assets portfolio grows.
• Drive product performance metrics and monitoring across client experience and operational trends.

Job Description: The Global Payments team is seeking a senior product leader to help define and build the next generation of digital assets solutions. This individual will play a critical role in translating the broader Digital Assets strategy into a prioritized product development agenda and lead complex, high-impact solutions from concepts through launch and scale. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in payments, banking, digital assets or financial services, strong product capabilities and the ability to influence across a complex organization. They should be comfortable operating at both the strategic and executional level and navigating ambiguity as the Digital Assets ecosystem evolves.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and business case through solution design, development, launch and ongoing enhancements, including risk and compliance activities.
• Lead the development of complex digital asset solutions, including capabilities related to stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain-enabled payments and settlement and other emerging technologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other functions to deliver new capabilities.
• Partner with senior leadership to assess investment opportunities, prioritize resources and decisions.
• Analyze product performance and client feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements, issue remediation and ongoing optimization.
• Ensure product development is aligned with client needs, commercial objectives, operational requirements and risk standards.
• Establish scalable product development practices and processes as the Digital Assets portfolio grows.
• Drive product performance metrics and monitoring across client experience, operational performance trends, and client feedback to drive strategic decisions.
• Mentor and provide direction to other Digital Assets product development team members.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in product management, product development, solution development or related roles within payments, banking, fintech, digital asset or financial services.
• Deep understanding of payments, treasury services, financial infrastructure, banking or digital assets.
• Demonstrated experience leading the development and launch of complex financial products or solutions, including Agile methodologies or other structured product delivery approaches.
• Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps across multiple initiatives or a portfolio of capabilities.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with hand-on execution.
• Experience building products in emerging or ambiguous environments.
• Strong commercial orientation and understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
• Experience with digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization or emerging payments strongly preferred.

Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
