Bank of America is hiring a senior product leader to drive digital payment solutions for commercial clients, including mobile wallet and virtual cards. You will shape platform strategy, manage cross‑functional teams across product, sales and operations, and partner with networks and vendors to deliver new capabilities.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, experience in commercial cards or payments, and a strategic, data‑driven mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years experience in product management or development.
• Direct experience in Commercial Card orPayments industry or fintech.
• Experience managing large applications and third-party relationships.
• Knowledge of Agile development and tech budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Define platform strategy and roadmap for mobile wallet, virtual card, and travel payments.
• Lead development of digital payment capabilities and tokenized payments.
• Serve as expert for virtual card and travel payment solutions with cross‑functional partners.
• Manage relationships with payment networks, wallet providers, and partners to deliver new capabilities.
• Collaborate with card, payables, risk, operations, and tech teams to improve client experience and drive growth.
• Develop business cases, product requirements, and stakeholder assessments for new products and regulatory changes.
• Monitor performance, gather client feedback, analyze market trends, and adjust investments.
