Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience analyzing customer experiences and digital products.
• Experience querying big data platforms and SAS/SQL.

• OKR management: create, iterate, report, and analyze OKRs.
• Foster data-informed decisions through partnerships and clear communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve Digital CSAT, Engagement, and Deepening.
• Consult as a SME in Digital data for the Data & Analytics org.
