Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Quant Analytics Senior Associate to lead analytics initiatives within the Data and Analytics team. You will collaborate across Finance, Customer Experience, Design, Software Engineering, and Product Ownership to drive data-driven decisions.

You will build insights by blending customer, account, and operational data, leveraging Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, and more to inform strategy and executive communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic record.
• 4+ years building analytical solutions integrating diverse data sources.
• Experience in Marketing, Customer Journey, Operations, or Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build holistic insights by integrating customer, account, digital, financial, and operational data sets to inform strategic decision-making.
• Import, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to prepare for analytics and modeling.
• Scope, implement, and track features in the collections journey to optimize customer experience and efficiency.
• Identify customer interactions across channels to understand journeys and friction points.
• Use analytical tools—Alteryx, Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau—to analyze trends in complex data.
• Support creation and delivery of executive-ready insights and presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into analytics initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects.
