Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Digital Analytics Implementation Analyst to own tracking across our B2B/B2C digital portfolio. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to design robust analytics solutions, define data governance, and ensure data accuracy across web and mobile touchpoints.

The role requires hands-on experience with Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, GA, Segment, and GTM, plus strong SQL and JavaScript skills, and a background in data science or analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing digital analytics tools and creating tracking specs.
• Strong understanding of analytics principles, measurement frameworks, and governance.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration across teams.
• Experience with web and mobile analytics tracking and data quality checks.
• Proficiency with JavaScript for analytics tracking and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to design tracking solutions.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for data governance and QA processes.
• Perform QA and validation of tracking on web and mobile apps.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across touchpoints.
• Maintain governance of third-party marketing tech in tag management.
