Job summary

Realtor.com, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Senior Digital Analytics Implementation Analyst to lead tracking design and governance across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to ensure accurate data and actionable insights.

You’ll implement and validate analytics stacks (Amplitude/Adobe/GA, Segment, GTM), diagnose data issues, and contribute to a high-velocity data culture in a fast-paced, in-person, Austin HQ environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing digital analytics tools across web and mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of analytics principles, measurement frameworks, and data governance.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve tracking and data quality issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in JavaScript and data querying with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to define tracking requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation to ensure data accuracy and governance.
• Perform QA and validation of tracking implementations across web and mobile.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and data quality issues with stakeholders.
• Govern third-party marketing tech in tag management systems.
