Central Garden & Pet is seeking a Manager or Sr. Manager of Digital Analytics to steer digital measurement for Pet eCommerce. You will report to the VP of eCommerce and lead a Sr. Digital Media Analyst, balancing 60% development with 40% partnering across key brands and marketplaces.

The role is based in Schaumburg, IL, in a hybrid environment with four days in the office and one remote day per week, focusing on data pipelines, AI-enabled insights, and actionable dashboards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in analytics, data engineering, or commercial analysis with leadership exposure.
• Strong SQL and Python; ownership of end-to-end production data pipelines.
• PowerBI expertise with semantic modeling, Power Query, DAX and incremental refresh.
• Practical use of large language models in analytics to validate outputs.
• Retail/CPG/eCommerce fluency and understanding of commercial decision processes.

Aufgaben

• Own the digital measurement baseline across sales, share, traffic, conversion, and media efficiency.
• Engineer data pipelines across retailer portals, POS, product data systems, and ERP.
• Publish the reporting layer as a product with versioned releases and retirement path.
• Deliver reads that drive decisions: category performance, promotions, media incrementality.
• Apply AI to analytics: automate recurring analyses and create evals.
• Build and maintain scorecards for content quality, AI retrieval share, and KPIs.
• Manage and mentor Sr. Digital Media Analyst and support embedded analysts.
