Job summary

Central Garden & Pet is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst for eCommerce Media Performance in Phoenix, hybrid work environment.

You will own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting across Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, Target, and other retailers, translating data into actionable recommendations for retail and digital media leads. This high-visibility role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to partner with BU teams to optimize media spend and drive profitable

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; verbal and written communications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain standardized reporting on spend, ROAS, TACOS, impressions, clicks, and CPC; deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly scorecards to BUs and leadership
• Recommend budgets and targeting strategies; identify negative keywords and high-ROI placements
• Partner with Finance to connect media spend to revenue, margin, and profitability; collaborate with digital shelf teams to link media insights to PDP performance and conversion
• Develop playbooks for campaign setup and reporting cadence; train BU leads; manage retailer media relationships
