General Mills, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Analytics Manager to lead data, reporting, and diagnostics for the Pet business. You will partner across Sales, Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Data & Technology, and retailers to translate digital signals into actionable recommendations.

The role is remote eligible with Minneapolis, MN or St. Louis, MO preferred. You will build dashboards, scorecards, and audience insights, aligning with the Pet Digital Acceleration team to optimize the digital shelf,

Qualificações

• Experience with syndicated data such as Nielsen, Circana, or Numerator.
• Experience with retail media data, clean-room measurement, audience analytics, attribution modeling, sales lift, or test-and-learn and A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with marketing mix modeling and other approaches used to guide investment decisions.
• Experience partnering with media agencies and connecting media activation data with ecommerce, digital shelf, sales, and shopper insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead this work from roadmap through delivery for Ecommerce analytics in General Mills Pet.
• Partner with Pet Digital Acceleration to define vision and prioritize roadmap.
• Deliver reliable reporting and decision tools with Data & Technology teams.
• Develop scorecards and diagnostics explaining changes in sales, traffic, and retailer execution.
