Job summary

Third and Grove is a fully remote digital agency that helps brands improve performance through data-driven analytics. We seek a senior analytics leader to define measurement strategies, own audits and implementation specs, and guide CRO initiatives using behavioral data.

The role requires expertise in GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, and BigQuery, with a proven ability to communicate complex analytics to clients clearly and effectively. This is a fully remote position based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or digital strategy.
• Fluent in GA4, Tag Manager (client and server side), BigQuery, and ecommerce analytics.
• Confident leading client conversations and explaining complex issues in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement strategy for clients, including KPI definition and data-driven business decisions.
