Third and Grove is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to lead analytics for client engagements. The role blends technical depth in GA4, GTM, BigQuery, and Shopify with the ability to translate data into strategic guidance for CMOs.

You will diagnose implementations, define measurement strategies, and drive data-informed decision making across B2B and DTC projects. Applicants must be based in the United States and comfortable working remotely in a fast-moving agency environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics, measurement strategy, or digital strategy in an agency or consulting setting.
• Fluent in GA4, Tag Manager (client and server side), and BigQuery with ecommerce analytics experience.
• Able to explain complex issues clearly and make actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement strategy for clients: define KPIs, plans, and data-informed decisions.
• Audit tracking implementations (GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, Shopify Customer Events, Amplitude, Triple Whale) for data accuracy and compliance.
• Own specifications, QA, and post-launch monitoring including data layer design and BigQuery integration.
• Present findings to clients with clear recommendations and ownership of next steps.
• Shape CRO and experimentation strategy using analytics and behavioral data.
• Advise on attribution and multi-touch journeys across channels.
