Job summary

Yell Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking ambitious Business Development Managers to join a high-energy field sales team. You will be responsible for hunting new business, presenting tailored digital marketing solutions, and closing deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.

You will build strong relationships, manage accounts for up to 12 months post-sale, and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable but not essential.
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads.
• Tailoring Solutions: engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer digital marketing solutions.
• Closing Deals: present, negotiate, and secure new and existing client contracts to drive revenue growth.
• Client Management: nurture relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data Analysis: conduct in-depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth and ROI.
