Job summary

Yell Ltd is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business and manage client relationships across the UK. You will prospect, tailor digital marketing solutions, present and close deals, and manage accounts for up to 12 months post-sale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable).
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: proactively prospecting and opening doors to new clients.
• Tailoring Solutions: consult face-to-face and virtual to understand needs and offer digital marketing solutions.
• Closing Deals: present, negotiate and seal deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
• Client Management: nurture relationships and provide account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data Analysis: review data to identify growth opportunities and improve client ROI.
• Earn incentives: base salary with uncapped earnings and car allowance.
