Priority Life Care seeks a Director Of Dietary to coordinate resident dietary menus and oversee daily food preparation operations. You will ensure staff follow procedures and comply with state and federal standards while maintaining quality and nutrition across all meals.

The role requires leadership in budgeting, labor, and resident satisfaction, with opportunities for professional growth within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in volume/modified diet prep.
• State approved food handling; ServSafe certification required.
• Long-term care or hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create dietary menus and monitor preparation and portions.
• Ensure sanitation standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with meal preparation as needed.
• Manage labor and budget for the Dietary department.
• Schedule staff and supervise dietary personnel.
• Address resident/family questions and respond to issues.
