Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dietary Manager or Dietary Director required in a Skilled Nursing home setting.
• CDM certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations.
• Ability to effectively manage and support dietary staff.
