Qualifications

• CDM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dietary department within the facility.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served in accordance with physician orders and dietary guidelines.
• Develop and maintain menus that meet nutritional requirements and resident preferences.
• Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and local regulations (including sanitation and food safety standards).
• Manage inventory, food ordering, and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
