ISH Dining Services in Oakland, Maryland seeks a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our dietary services team in a healthcare setting. You will oversee operations, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive resident satisfaction.

As a senior dietary leader, you will manage budgets, inventory, and staffing schedules while maintaining compliance with health regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential required.
• Experience in healthcare food service or long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of dietary regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety practices.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and cost management preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities
