Job summary

Skilled Nursing Facility in Baltimore seeks an experienced Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary department, ensuring meals meet nutritional, dietary, and regulatory standards while leading a compassionate team.

This role requires CDM certification, proven leadership and communication skills, and thorough knowledge of food safety and long-term care regulations; prior SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dietary Manager or Dietary Director required in a Skilled Nursing home setting.
• CDM certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations.
• Ability to effectively manage and support dietary staff.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Dietary Manager:

• Previous experience as a Dietary Manager or Dietary Director required in a Skilled Nursing home setting
