Qualifications

• Experience in dietary management in long-term care or similar settings.
• Knowledge of health and food safety regulatory policies.
• Budgets, procurement, inventory, and cost analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical nutrition and dietetics.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for nutrition care plans.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.
• Experience with healthcare foodservice regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized care plans incorporating dietary needs and medical conditions.
• Supervise food service teams: hire, train, evaluate for safety and performance.
