Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program.
• Minimum of four years of experience
• Ability to learn and model HOLT’s VBL Culture
• Ongoing safety training

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses complex engine malfunctions and failures with minimum supervision
• Performs detailed engine and related equipment repairs on trucks and trailers with direction and minimum supervision
• Disassembles, inspects, determines parts required, and reassembles to factory specifications
• Provides quality control/assurance inspections of completed tasks including road testing
• Interprets and utilizes information from operating manuals, service bulletins, and online resources
• Completes all required safety training and adheres to company policies
