Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in diesel repair.
• Completion of Levels 1 & 2 curriculum pathway requirements as outlined in the Leveling Description Guide.
• High school diploma or equivalent with accreditation from a technical school or skilled trades program.
• Must meet ProTech training requirements and demonstrate HOLT’s VBL culture.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses complex engine malfunctions with minimal supervision.
• Performs detailed engine and related equipment repairs on trucks and trailers.
• Provides quality control inspections and road testing of completed tasks.
• Mentors and coaches lower level Technicians and documents service reports.
