Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Master Level Diesel Technician in New Stanton to support heavy-duty vehicle maintenance with state-of-the-art diagnostics. This role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

The position requires extensive experience with diesel engines, preventive maintenance, and diagnostic tools; CDL Class A preferred; multiple bonuses including sign-on and quarterly bonuses; schedule Tuesday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Vocational/Technical certification preferred.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and preventive maintenance on heavy-duty vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and OEM software to identify issues.
• Coach/mentor junior technicians and communicate with customers.
• Follow safety, DOT, and company compliance guidelines.
