Ryder is seeking a Senior Level Diesel Technician in New Stanton, PA to perform maintenance and repairs on heavy‑duty diesel engines. The role offers a 7:00 am–3:30 pm shift, weekly pay, and growth opportunities within the Ryder network.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prefer CDL A. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and sign‑on bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Basic tools required.
• 3+ years relevant work experience preferred.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• Additional location-specific certifications as required.

Responsabilités

• Performs standard vehicle maintenance and repairs on heavy duty diesel engines.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools.
• Performs preventive maintenance including oil changes, brakes and tires.
• Inspects and replaces defective components; completes repairs with minimal supervision.
• Mentor for Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels.
• Adheres to safety, DOT, and company guidelines.
