Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three (3) years or more relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply knowledge of computer skills: PC, Windows.
• Basic diagnostics and repairs on heavy duty equipment implied in requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including standard vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools when applicable.
• Completes complex and detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine nature of the complaint and task requirements.
• Mentors Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels; supports operations as needed.
