Job summary

Ryder in New Stanton, Pennsylvania is seeking a Permanent Full Time Senior Diesel Technician to support our truck fleet. This role offers final drive maintenance on heavy duty vehicles, with on-site hours from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday–Friday and weekends off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CDL CLASS A preferred; relevant certifications as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Performs standard vehicle maintenance and repairs on heavy duty diesel vehicles.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools.
• Replaces defective components with minimal supervision.
• Maintains accurate documentation and communicates findings to drivers.
