Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Basic tools required.
• Aptitude in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines including preventive maintenance and diagnostics.
• Experience with engines, AC, electrical systems and complex repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems with diagnostic tools.
• Lead and mentor other technicians when needed.
• Communicate with customers/drivers to determine nature of complaint and plan repairs.
