Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in automotive repair is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn Penske equipment, processes and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and ensures safety of vehicles for customers.
• Uses Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Performs preventative maintenance and component lubrication, tire rotation and related tasks on gas and diesel engines.
• Learns new skills through Penske's technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Contributes to other projects as assigned by supervisor.
