Qualifications

• As this position requires mechanical aptitude and basic repair knowledge, candidates should demonstrate hands-on skills.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience and a valid driver’s license.
• Must understand safety policies and be able to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and component lubrication on gas and diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s training and hands‑on coaching with your manager.
• Support other projects as assigned by supervision.
