Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a motivated Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You’ll learn Penske’s maintenance processes and gain hands-on coaching from experienced supervisors and master technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and ability to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicle safety for customers.
• Log, research and complete repairs using Penske tools and tech.
• Perform preventative maintenance including tire rotation and lubrication.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and coaching.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
