Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in Kapolei, HI, is seeking an experienced Technician I to lead maintenance and repairs on a range of OEM equipment. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and mentor teammates while working with advanced tools in a safety‑driven shop environment.

Competenze

• 6 years of practical experience with truck and tractor-trailer maintenance.
• Experience with engines, transmissions, differentials and major components.
• Able to diagnose and repair with OEM tooling and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain and service vehicles to ensure safety for customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on trucks/trailers with minimal supervision.
• Repair major components and replace assemblies as needed.
• Keep work area clean and safe; use Penske tools and diagnostics.
• Learn new skills through Penske's technician training.
• Work on additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
