Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in Kapolei, Hawaii is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead diesel technicians, coordinate repairs, and maintain vehicle readiness. You will mentor staff, monitor performance, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Preferred candidates have 3–5 years in fleet maintenance management with strong metrics; at least 3 years of team leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
• 3 years of team management with strong operational metrics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske’s assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, assuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties and tasks as required by supervisor.
