Job summary

Hub Group is seeking a Fleet Technician 3 to diagnose, adjust and repair class 8 trucks and trailing equipment, including diesel engines and electronic systems. The role requires performing PM services, tire repair, and road testing to ensure optimal uptime and safety across a large fleet.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of tractor-trailer experience, strong diagnostic skills, and ASE/DOT knowledge. This on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational/technical certification preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service and relationship building skills.
• ASE certifications and DOT knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, adjust and repair class 8 tractors and trailing fleet equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance services and tire repair.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and diagnose malfunctions.
• Maintain safe work area and document work orders.
