Job summary

Hub Group is seeking an experienced Fleet Technician 3 in Mesquite, TX to diagnose and repair a full range of Class 8 tractors and trailing equipment. You will conduct PMs, perform tire services, and document repairs for DOT compliance.

Responsibilities include electrical, brake, HVAC, engine, and transmission work, plus welding in some scenarios. Requires 4 years' experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years practical tractor-trailer maintenance experience.
• ASE certification and OEM training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, adjust and repair class 8 tractor and trailing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance services and tire repairs.
• Use diagnostic software and hand/power tools to troubleshoot.
• Drive and road-test vehicles to verify repairs.
• Ensure DOT compliance and proper documentation.
